10 Keto One-Pan Recipes with Easy Cleanup

Keto one-pan meals are the perfect thing to whip up after a long day at work or just when you don't have much energy left in the day. With very little cleanup and a fast, delicious meal in under 30 minutes, one-pan meals will be your new go-to recipes that will become a staple in your household.
Feel free to add more vegetables (like sauteed cabbage, roasted broccoli, roasted cauliflower, roasted brussels sprouts) to your dishes if you're looking for something a bit bulkier. You can usually toss those in the oven and have the rest of the meal ready by the time they're done.
If you want to add your own spin, sub out different meats and vegetables to your liking and tastes!

I just started looking into keto and wanted to try it out. Thanks for this! I made the sun-dried chicken, it was very rich but good. The Beef stroganoff was amazing!! Making the Philly cheese-steak now. Tomorrow will be the red pepper sauce one, can’t wait.

@Jin Astronaut Oh goodness, I don’t know I just used bake mode no convection and I don’t have a microwave mode on my oven. I don’t even know the difference between convection bake or regular bake. Sorry I could not help on this one.

Our family tried the Philly Cheesesteak Skillet Meal. Excellent taste, but we all agreed, the recipe tells you to get a masher out and mash the meat and cauliflower. This gave it a bit of a grainy texture under the cheese which was not pleasing. Don’t mash it, make it small pieces, but don’t mash…it would have been perfect had we left the food more chunky.
My daughter has lost 30 lbs in the past 6-8 weeks and she so inspired me to get moving! Thanks for the ideas 🥰🥰

I would introduce herbs, lettuce, grated celery and carrots. I would be concerned that this diet ignores the benefits of vitamins and minerals also.

@Richard Baumgart hey! hope youre doing well and progressing on a ketogenic diet. I just wanted to add on a few comments from the ramblings here. Im guessi g your doctor said somethong like “some oils arent very ketogenic”.. but not referring to being kicked out of ketosis, but outside the alignment of what causes inflammation. the omega3 to 6 ratio is important and certainly some ppl feel high omega6s can cause disease, including diabetes eben without insulin resistance. its best to reduce the toxic load in our body. the other tjing i wanted to mention is protein on the plate. remember if you’re trying to be in a calorie deficit, you take away the energy (fat for keto) and keep protein hitting your target at the same weight. so it looks like high protein but your body is burning body fat for its needs as well. i dont like looking at keto 75-20-5 because thats at maintenance!! its more like 35%ingested fat/40% body fat-20-5. so it sure looks atkins on your plate. remember atkins is a ketosis diet until maintenance then is low carb. Most people dont eat enough protein which is a disaster. eating protein with fat is the best way to avoid larger sugar raises but does take a lot to kick you out. lastly..you dont actually know if something kicks you put of ketosis unless you measure it. acfter a while you know how it feels. I really hope youre fat adapted and feeling trim. these notes are for everyone. I only use a tbsp or less sun dried tomatoes. you can partially rehydrate and use less as well. I always change recipes to my.liking. when i stared keto 3 yrs ago i had to stay below 20g carbs and now i can be looser and not feel a thing. I only eat animal fats, coconut oil avocado oil and sometimes olive..and cold sesame oil once a month. take care!!

And nevermind negative folks who have a problem for every solution+are imho denatured and to feel sorry 4, do not waste Yer Energy 2 debate them 🙂 Oh and 1 Word of Caution: Allways cook Green Beans at least 10 Minutes not less, they can poison you otherwise, i allmost died one Time bc i tried them after 5 Minutes, only 3 small Peaces. Just saying.
@Richard Baumgart so u drink pure poison which will make u gain weight in addition (aspartame) and garbage (soda) but u worry about natural tomatoes? drink water or fruit infused water instead, or homemade icetea with lemon, then u won’t have to worry about nature. Everything Natural is fine in Balance and Moderation and low Carb is better then pure Keto anyhow. Organic Potatoes for Example are very healthy for the Body if steamed and eaten with Butter, Parsley and Seasalt, instead Fried to Death. Or make a nice Veggies with Cream Sauce to go allong with them. In any Case its up to u to take this Comment and find something helpfull in it. If not or find something wrong with it, then thats up to u as well. I made the creamy sundried tomato and chicken recipe and was very concerned at first when the cheese that I coated the chicken with stuck to the bottom of the pan and turned into a big clump of cheese. I proceeded with the recipe and in the end, everything worked out and it was absolutely fantastic! My husband, who hates leftovers, said he wanted it for lunch the next day, and again for dinner! Now that’s saying a lot!!! Woohoo!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I really wanna make this one too! But aren’t sun dried tomatoes not keto friendly? Just curious
@Dookie There are 23.5 net carbs per cup of sun-dried tomatoes. So, since one cup was used in this recipe, and there are six chicken thighs, it works out to be less than 4 carbs worth of sun-dried tomato per chicken thigh. Not bad!

I love that you showed different options for cooking fats! I have always used veg oil or butter for everything but since I’m cutting out all the vegtable oils, it’s nice to know what I can use instead! Can’t wait to try these!

Im new to keto, but already in 1 week dropped my fasting uncontrolled blood sugars from the 230-250 range, down to 149 on last check!! I’m going to start tapering off my meds!
