Generally, your videos are super helpful and appreciate all your contributions. However, this one js definitely not for sharing with others. You have pretty much described everything that people may experience from time to time. And it does not mean they are having a heart attack. This video alone can stress the heck out of people. If every time, everyone who has one of the 10 symptoms starts running to the hospital, then the healthcare system will collapse.

My 62 year old brother had one about 2 months ago and he exercises like a 20 year old,all of his life. Never saw it coming. Had a stent surgery, he’s ok now!

    • @hamida.1054 on May 2, 2025 at 4:40 pm

      Interesting.
How he didn’t have shortness of breath during exercise all those times.

    • @alejandroescarcega9288 on May 2, 2025 at 5:03 pm

@ he said all of a sudden he just felt really tired, he was just walking around the neighborhood, lucky his wife was with him, took him to the emergency room!

@alejandroescarcega9288  Oh, ok, I see. I’m glad it got caught early.

  4. @gazzafloss on May 2, 2025 at 10:42 am

I’m 75, had two heart attacks/coronary episodes, triple coronary artery bypass surgery, and one coronary artery stent procedure. Dr Sten your description of the symptoms was absolutely spot on accurate. And I’m still here 24 years later and going great thanks to some excellent surgical intervention. Now maintained by Dr Sten’s good guidance and Intermittent Fasting.

My 38 year old daughter had a heart attack last week if it wasn’t for a sheared video, i would not have been aware of the sign. She now has a stent fitted. And recovering well. In someone so young, it could have been exspaind as. indigestion, thank you a thousand times . ❤

  6. @G-ro4is on May 2, 2025 at 11:01 am

I get most of these symptoms daily during the morning commute to work😅

    • @iidahutt on May 2, 2025 at 4:09 pm

Same! Went to the doctor, they told me I have anxiety disorder and gave me meds that slows down heartbeat

  7. @DonJohnson-t2b on May 2, 2025 at 11:02 am

My first cardiologist didn’t believe in doing fasting and also He was a in and out the room within 5 minutes I left him hanging. My new heart doctor told me that I could do fasting but to go slow and check my blood pressure and A1c and all that other stuff he said I will see you in 6 months. He loves my blood work results and he asked me What vitamins were I taking, how long do I fast, and always do fasting with someone else in the house to check on me he knows that my LDL numbers never been this good since 1982 that was the year I started having heart problems. But anyway it’s a good feeling to be healthier and to see that Doctors believe in fasting because all the long years I’ve been on pills and diet, shots none of them was helping me

    • @jimrutherford2773 on May 2, 2025 at 6:26 pm

Most cardiologists are from an old school paradigm and behind the times. That’s why there’s more heard disease now than ever before. They’re too hard headed to look into low carb or ketogenic diets.

  8. @Guidorokk on May 2, 2025 at 11:02 am

Doctor, I’ve been following your videos for a couple of years now and have learned a lot. I’ve started applying your advice little by little and have seen significant changes. This is the fourth time I’ve watched your video, which talks about working on healthy eating, exercise, and the emotional aspect, seeing everything as a whole, to achieve permanent healthy habits over time and reach homeostasis. Everything you teach makes perfect sense to me. I’m deeply grateful for all your contributions to the world. I love your videos and your way of explaining things. Greetings from Santiago, Chile… thank you, my friend.

In the early 1990s I had a doctor who only came in the room for 5 to maybe 8 minutes….each time I knew that I had to find a new doctor So in 1997 I found a doctor who listen, stayed in the room for 40 to 50 minutes and sometimes his nurses come to get on him for taking so long going over everything with me I am still going to this same doctor office

10 overlooked signs of heart attack:

    1. Chest pressure (classic symptom, mostly in men; in women, often accompanied by other signs).

    2. Shortness of breath (common in women, especially those with diabetes, even without chest pain).

    3. Cold sweat or clamminess (stress response from oxygen drop, seen in both men and women).

    4. Referred pain (pain in arm, back, neck, jaw; patterns differ between men and women).

    5. Nausea, indigestion, abdominal discomfort (due to vagus nerve stimulation, common in women).

    6. Dizziness or lightheadedness (sudden onset; heart not pumping enough oxygen to the brain).

    7. Extreme fatigue (sudden, overwhelming tiredness after minimal activity, more common in women).

    8. Anxiety or panic attacks (can be mistaken for regular anxiety; low oxygen to brain worsens fear response).

    9. Palpitations or irregular heartbeat (heart under stress; electrical misfiring).

    10. A vague feeling that “something is wrong” (body sensing issues subconsciously, often accurate).

The problem with a lot of these symptoms is they are also symptoms to so many other issues so you just never know what you actually have going on. Especially when it comes to gut problems; so many different causes. The amount of times my significant other has been to the ER, cardiologist and GI for most these symptoms especially the gut ones and turned out to be SIBO and day to day anxiety. Everything heart wise came back great. Best to not completely panic if you have any of the symptoms on here.
