      If increased exposure to environmental toxicity were truly as detrimental as you suggest, we would expect to see a decline—not a marked improvement—in both life expectancy and overall health.

      In reality, many of the exposures and interventions you label as harmful on the basis of toxicity, often relying on pseudo-scientific reasoning, are demonstrably improving health and prolonging life in actual clinical practice.

      The evidence is unequivocal.

    Skin changes (10:31): Breakouts, rashes, dull tone, or itching, as the skin becomes an overflow exit route for toxins (10:45).
    Chemical sensitivity (11:51): The liver’s reduced capacity to neutralize toxins leads to longer circulation and increased immune reactions (12:21).
    Morning heaviness (13:30): Liver congestion during sleep prevents proper detoxification, leaving toxins in circulation (13:50).

    Poor stress tolerance (18:25): Toxins deplete ATP, impairing the frontal lobe’s ability to inhibit stress responses (18:43).

      No, not everything. The point of this video is to understand what toxins are, where they come from, and symptoms that you may have at higher levels so you can make efforts to lower your overall toxic load. You can fairly easily lower your toxic load by filtering your water, finding local clean sources for some of your food, reducing the use of plastics, toxic chemical cleaners & products, etc., and avoiding shelf-stable pre-packaged processed food. 👍 To just say “everything is toxic and there’s no escaping it,” really means: “I don’t want to make any efforts or changes to reduce or avoid toxins.”

      @ArttevinoOne can minimize the damage; I’ve become an avid faster fasting up to 9 days and eating as clean as possible for the most part. But if the air and soil are irrevocably damaged, ALL is damaged. To think you can eat and live perfectly clean is a fallacy, but that doesn’t have to be an excuse to eat less than the currently available ideal and avoid what toxins we can.

      @allhimwithme5115 Agreed. Neither my comment nor Sten’s video suggests a person can live 100% clean. Both are about reducing overall toxic load, as well as fueling and supporting your body to help it eliminate some of the toxins it does encounter, which does take some effort (beyond doom posting that everything is toxic and there is no escape). 😉

    Ditching sugar was the best decision I ever made! I’ve been doing it for a while now and I can already see the difference in my energy levels , most of my pain in my legs and feet was gone in weeks. My mindset was clear, my skin color came back also my hair was getting ready to fall out especially with 4 brothers who have no hair now as we age and having diabetes and heart disease. Thank goodness for finding out about Keto diet. My diabetes is gone for me and 1 of my brothers and yes heart disease also.

    I’m 78, female and started a carnivore diet 2 months ago. Never done a fast but completed a 6 day water fast that ended 2 days ago and I feel fantastic! Love your videos. You’re sooo knowledgable!
