      Maybe, but you can also adopt a different approach and get good results. Eat only when you are hungry, don’t overload your liver with meds, alcohol, unhealthy fats and sugary foods. This is winning strategy for the long term.

      Are you rejecting the science because it’s not in your holy book? There is a written record. Our DNA. That’s how we know the process is the same across all life. That’s how we know how our ancestors lived and how all species evolved. Its not a guess or an assumption. Its not written is some 1000 yr old text. Its predictable, repeatable, and provable fact.

    This is probably the best presentation I have ever seen on autophagy. This could be the foundation of a phenomenal book. The chapters could be autphagy benefits, autophagy function, diet, exercise, and sleep including a glossary for each chapter along with a lit of illustrations that help to visualize the concepts.

    Fasting is working and walking are working out well for me. Since mid October I’ve lost 40 lbs. My fasting blood glucose went from 114-120 to 86-87 and my blood pressure went from stage 2 hypertension to normal. I haven’t felt this good for a long time. Thank you Dr. Ekberg for all of the information that I needed to become a true Health Champion 🏆

      You and me both! I went from 205lbs to 164lbs since August 2025. Keto and walking 15,000 steps a day has been my routine. Dr. Ekberg is spot on!

    I have done FMD several times. Hated it. Switched to whole foods and HIIT (high intensity interval training)and SIT (sprint interval training). These are known to induce autophagy and have many known benefits.

    I do weight lifting and steady state cardio too. In general, I have found that a healthy diet combined with regular exercise gives me the best feedback from my body in terms of how I feel and function.

    Day 4 of my fast. I found adding 2 TBS of MCT oil to ginger/lemon/green tea really helps reduce hunger and increase energy. Thank you Dr. Sten.

    I literally consume all of those compounds (with the exception of resveratrol) daily.

    I make kombucha with a secondary fermentarion with tumeric, I drink matcha, I eat tons of onion (raw and/or baked), I have olive oil and/or olives
