I’ve been told my cholesterol is too high. First put on artovastatin which did not agree so they changed to ezemitibe. I’ve stopped taking it. Dr, my cortisol is also very high and I suspect I’m insulin resistant but they said I’m none of those as tests did not prove. I’m worried they’re not listening to or helping me😢
What is doctors argument for having this low of cholesterol?
Insulin en ayuno
Hemoglobina 4 8..alerta5.7 diabetes
Ósmosis…. hígado.h nivel -7

I got the main message:
😍Cholesterol is not the enemy.
The real root of the problem lies in our unnatural modern lifestyle – too much sugar, seed oils, toxins, stress, lack of movement, and poor sleep.
What truly matters is identifying the root causes, living a healthy life, and tracking the right health markers – not just focusing on total cholesterol and relying on medication for the rest of your life.
Totally agree 💯
Ancient People that have been found 2000 years old mummified all had atherosclerosis ” plugging up of arteries” so they didn’t eat sugar. They probably ate grains and meat. This is also confusing. You just don’t know who to believe.
Magnesium gives me better sleep.
Real seed oils are good. The problem is that “seed oils” sold by companies are all literal garbage processed 100 times and added all kind of chemicals so that people don’t immediately die after eating them, those barely have any actual seeds in them.
Yep, a cured patient is a lost customer!
Don’t fear cholesterol, fear insulin resistance. That’s the true enemy.
Not really an enemy so much as a signal that the body is at its limits. The bad habits that lead to insulin resistance is the true enemy. It’s best to look beneath the surface of things.
Verdade
@@DyceFreak Tis true.
Wow, this is fascinating!! Great work please keep it coming : )
Amen!
I got diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes after getting a blood test before wrist surgery. I’ve lost 76lbs in 6 months. Initially when I was diagnosed they gave me statins. They never tested my cholesterol. I started taking them and my cognitive function started failing and i couldn’t remember basic daily functions.I Stop taking them and it took about a month to be back to normal. I asked the doctor why he prescribed those pills to me and he said it’ll prevent a heart attack in 10 years. He also said that a side effect of statins is memory loss. How many older people are on this crap?
Congrats on the weight loss. 🙂
I had brain fog and other side effects from Atorvastatin (Lipitor). 💩
I had no side effects from Rosuvastatin (Crestor).
And muscle pain! That’s why athletes don’t take it! Red Yeast Rice instead! And statins come from red yeast rice, go figure
@ Why must we lower cholesterol with Red Yeast Rice? Please tell us.
@@boink800 I don’t know why (or if we should) lower our cholesterol. All I am saying is that statins come from red yeast rice, which is a natural supplement. My PCP ordered Calcium Score last year to check our arteries, if they are not blocked, no reason to take statins in my opinion.
@@francellew2073 According to the American Heart Association, cholesterol does not “block” any arteries. The cholesterol result is only an “indicator”. That’s it. Inflammation blocks arteries, not cholesterol.
When doctor ask me to take statin I refuse.
They push this stuff like its candy but what is the alternative?
@@Ken-ol2kxdie Ernährung komplett umzustellen. Es gibt genug Anleitungen.
Same here.
All Drs. Who push that poison, should be sent to Staten (Statin) Island.
@@Ken-ol2kx If you have a poor lifestyle than it should be adjusted, if your lifestyle is relatively ok than continue doing what your doing but avoid pills as an answer to everything. Statins actually do more harm than good from the research I have done.
❤The physical therapy workers don’t like YouTube videos. They told me do not look at anything on YouTube about physical therapy and I found that the physical therapist on YouTube are better and different from the local ones. Just like learning about health and weight loss from YouTube I am proud of myself, I love keto fasting, learning something new about health and vitamins and nutrients, etc. Without having YouTube and learning from the best of the best. I wouldn’t be alive. Thank God for everything. 410lbs down to 228 today. 💯 🔥 Keto fasting 💪 👑❤❤
🔥 Strong 💪 ❤
Great stuff! Here’s to continued success in your endeavours to reach your desired weight and better health!👍💪💯😊
It’s a red flag when someone tells you not to look on the internet and do your own research.
Congratulations on taking matters into your own hands and improving your health!🎉
My fat 30 year old doc is pushing statins on me.
@autumn1231 I can’t stopped LoL Because I got a foot doctor who is Big about 390 lbs .He come in the room and Sit down on the Exam table . It’s hard for him to get back off the table.
Don’t fear cholesterol. Fear big pharma and big food.
Bingo!
And all those crappy ingredients they sneak into many food. Many people don’t even read or bother to look into all those chemical names on that list. Many are put in there to make it addictive.
Big Pharma and Big Food hate the phrase, Food is medicine.
I don’t fear either of them. I educate myself and take responsibility for my food choices.

Nothing’s compare to this youtube channel , thank you

Lean Mass Hyper Responder here. My total cholesterol is 353. Triglycerides 102, HDL 68, VLDL 17 and My LDL is 268. I’m 54 with a resting heart rate ~55 BPM. Yesterday I just passed my strenuous pack test which requires carrying 45 lbs and hiking 3 miles in under 45 minutes. I did it in just under 40 beating a ~20 year old ultra-fit guy and another guy nearly half my age.
I hope at my next blood test my LDL is even higher just to mock the establishment of LDL being unhealthy.
Mine was 400, Trigs-54 HDL-109, VLDL-11, resting HR-50, 67 in the gym 6 days a week.
@@bobo-si3kw… congrats! Good for you!👍
I’ve got to get my HDL up. I know it’s due to lack of exercise. As a kid I was in several marching bands and played Sousaphone! I was still heavy (210 lbs), but a LOT of that really was muscle! Now? UGH!!😖
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You are not a LMHR. Your triglycerides are too high and put you out of the LMHR phenotype
My total cholesterol is 370. And I am not bothered. I am 69 yo and don’t have any issues with my health.
Have you had a calcium artery score test completed. You might want to check
carnivore I’d bet. Common sign of good health on carnivore. Doing it right.
@@davidgreene8608 Fearmongers have entered the chat.
You’ll live to 200 years
@davidgreene8608 Same numbers as me. I had and there’s no significant build up. The statin messed my body and my sight up. I’m off it.
Good information. My total cholesterol and my wife’s are above 270 for 4 years now. The only person that’s having a heart attack is our physician because we keep refusing to take statins.
You have connected the dots and uncovered the psychic roots of disease, eg the physician having a heart attack due to their conflict
As long as your triglycerides and glucose levels are good, no problem.
@CTX700girl Not true. See the excellent video Nick Norwitz, MD, Phd. just dropped on this subject. Add inflammation as the third risk factor . Check it out for yourself.
Beautifully explained. Thank you for calling out the corruption behind the so-called ‘health’ guidelines. It’s shameful.
Having worked in Big Pharma, I knew how these recommendations would go. I’ve declined statins based on real information, not big pharma recommendations.
I had 108 for my LDL cholesterol and my doctor wanted to immediately put me on statins. Luckily I’ve educated myself and flatly told the doctor, NO.
I stopped taking statin years ago thank god. After that I stopped high blood pressure and osteoporosis medication. I’m 76 now and been on zero medication for at least 5 years. I take collagen, B3, Omaha 3, K2 and Lutein supplements. I eat healthy and exercise! I feel great!First you have to make the change to your lifestyle!
This video should be compulsory viewing for all medical students
My doctor said there was no use testing my blood if I wasnt going to take statins. He was truly upset. I refused. HDL above normal. Trys very low. He’s been trying for 20 years. Still alive!
I’m 70, and first had my cholesterol checked in the mid 1980’s. My doctor pointed out that it was ‘abnormally’ very low- in the 130’s. I asked what it meant, and he said it was just my ‘system’ and it probably meant I could eat as many eggs as I wanted. Well, I eat 3-4 eggs almost every day, and my test was 166.
