But you also say that seed oils are not good 😮.
Canola. The black seed oil MICE will not touch!!! I know. I farm.
@@GloriaLodge
Could you clarify your comment. Are you saying this is a form of canola oil? I’m very confused right now, thanks for any help you can provide.
Black seed oil is ancient, thousands of years old, used by Egyptians. It’s not the same seed oils as today.
It’s PUFA so only use it when you’re sick, in pain and need to. Don’t use it too much

The grass fed only
@@healtyme2194 if your poor eating cheap meats like ground beef and eggs is still more beneficial then eating sugar
@@healtyme2194 grass fed is much better. What I don’t like is usually all the grass fed beef is 93/7. I want 73/27 or at least 80/20. I have to drive an hour plus each way to find a costco or aldi. How is it used?
Consume it 😐
1 tsp daily…works.
Black seed oil can be used in several ways. You can take it orally by adding a teaspoon to a glass of water, juice, or smoothies. Some people prefer to swallow it directly, but it’s best to start with a small amount to see how your body reacts. You can also apply it topically to the skin to help with skin conditions or hair health.

I often hear to stay away from seed oils. I guess this is an exception.
Most seed oils are high pressure cooked death liquids, former machine oil, have nothing to do with ‘vegetables’, rancid, oxidized. This is not.
Same thinking here
I recommend black seed oil. Black seed oil doesn’t come from the same kind of plant as typical “seed oils” like sunflower, canola, or soybean oil. Black seed oil is extracted from the seeds of Nigella sativa, a plant native to Southeast Asia.

Black seed oil is generally very safe if consumed in moderation. However, caution should be taken if you’re on anti depressants as these can increase serotonin levels. Black seed oil can also increase serotonin. Too much serotonin can lead to serotonin syndrome which could be potentially life threatening.
Thank you for sharing this important info.
The black seeds are pretty dry. How is oil removed from them? Or are they added to other oils?
Black seed oil is extracted from black seeds, not added to other oils in the process of extraction. The seeds are typically cold-pressed, a mechanical process that squeezes the seeds without heating them, to release the oil. This method preserves the oil’s delicate compounds and flavor.
Thank you!❤❤❤
Most welcome.
Black cumin oil is extracted from Nigella stiva seeds. Seeds can be used in cooking.
I see videos saying stay away from seed oils. Is black seed oil an exception? There needs to be a video getting into specifics (which ones, whether they’re okay uncooked, etc).
Thanks alot drberg 🙏👍
