Here is what you can do to stay strong and healthy…
It’s very clear that two forms of exercise highly correlate with better health and longevity.
The first is a 30 minute brisk walk a day, and the second is resistance training.
Though exercise can seem so very complex, all you really need to do is lift weights and go for a walk.
Personally, I lift weights 3 days a week, and do cardio (running, walking, biking) 2 days a week as my current exercise regimen. I have been able to maintain a great state of health using this method for many years.
