    One thing I love about fasting is getting into ketosis I have lots of energy, walking faster than usual, saving money on not eating, cleaning up the house and whole yard and I get lots of stuff done started back buying new clothes and feeling like a kid again that was in the early 1960s
    But the other thing I forgot to say About the Keto diet My blood work results are excellent that’s my doctors and Nurses physical therapist Freaking out big time❤❤❤ strong 💪💯 keto diet ❤

    Sten is being nice about those who can’t control their eating. For me it was a little difficult at first but I remained disciplined and weaned myself off high carb and processed foods. It’s easier than I thought to get your body to switch to liking wholefoods and healthy fat. I have never felt better.

    • @JohanFitFoodie on January 17, 2025 at 12:56 pm

      Definitely, eating real healthy foods became the default once I switched when realizing how much better I felt too 😊

    • @drekberg on January 17, 2025 at 2:23 pm

      Thank you @jimrutherford2773. Congratulations. That is what I meant. We eat too much because we eat processed food. With whole food the hunger signal get under control again😄

    * Weight: Down 30 pounds
    * Blood Pressure: Improved from 139/90 to 117/73
    * Glucose Levels: Dropped from 123 mg/dL to 86 mg/dL
    * Ketones: Now at 2.7 mmol/L
    * GKI (Glucose Ketone Index): 1.7
    This combination has truly transformed my health and my life!

    I lost 30kg in 10 weeks simply by cutting out bread and potatoes and sugar. I eat one meal a day now, sometimes I will have a snack during the day. Eating whole foods fish, veg, eggs, I do walking and exercise each day but I don’t go crazy. 10 weeks I went from 130kg to 100kg. These videos should be seen by everyone. Brilliant ❤

      so don’t give up because I didn’t think it could be so easy when you stick to it. I recommend watching as many of this channels videos as you can like I did, Dr. Sten will change your lifes

  9. @Zeiid12025 on January 17, 2025 at 12:12 pm

    Most people eat to have fun, not because they are hungry. This stimulates insulin several times a day, which is a big mistake for health. It causes metabolic problems, such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and high cholesterol. Since I followed your page and Dr. Berg’s page, I have learned a lot about health. I now eat one meal a day that contains all the natural nutrients and not artificial ingredients. I have a great culture because of you, Doctor. Thank you ❤

    • @user-bf6wy5gj4w on January 17, 2025 at 4:32 pm

      ummmm….Dr. Berg? I don’t think so. He just takes info from the internet and then sells it to us as if it was his idea. This gentleman, Ekberg, is the real deal. Genuine. You can watch Berg if you want of course, but, he doesn’t have the qualifications.

  10. @puzzleheaddesign3789 on January 17, 2025 at 12:54 pm

    I do what I like to call carnomad. One meat only a day. I did it for 4 months last year, lost about 60 lbs. But I fell off the wagon over the summer and fall and gained it all back until I had a high blood sugar episode last weekend. Got back into the diet the next day. Already feeling better. Sleeping better for sure.

    • @DarkMiceFIN on January 17, 2025 at 2:10 pm

      I did that for 5 weeks over November and lost 5kg. Got 2kg back during the Christmas week though and now I’d prefer to get rid of the sugar cravings again. Or carb cravings more previsely as when I’m hungry I’m sometimes thirsty for a beer but realising it’s the carbs was key to eat fats and meats when that happens (for a moment I was wondering if it’s the alcohol but I used to drink beer while barbequing in the summer which made some kind of a mind stamp with hunger).

  11. @puzzleheaddesign3789 on January 17, 2025 at 1:07 pm

    It’s amazing how your hunger seems to go away when you eat only meat and fat.

    • @boink800 on January 17, 2025 at 1:58 pm

      If you give your body real food, there is far less hunger than with fake food. Fake food has little nutrition that is why you’re hungry all the time with fake food.

    • @Cdbd4 on January 17, 2025 at 5:31 pm

  12. @joelnye6399 on January 17, 2025 at 1:27 pm

    This is why OMAD, ADF, and 5/2 fasting works so well. It brings us back closer to our ancestry and how our body is meant to work.

    • @singamajigy on January 17, 2025 at 6:09 pm

      I’d add carnivore diet to this list.

  17. @MindsEyeVisualGuitarJourney on January 17, 2025 at 4:08 pm

    I like what you said about adjusting thinking… I take it further than just stress free mindfulness … I use any hunger outside of my eating window, as signal that I need to drink a little water, but most of all * Keep moving /Move more / Stay busy*. Being involved in completeing a task, not near any food is key. (As I type this, I’m at the part of the video where your saying this exact thing) I also laugh and tap my belly and say, here’s some food! eat it up! Because when I move or get involved in a project its the #1 way time goes by quick, Increasing the time I keep my insulin levels lower. Also, I noticed going for simple whole foods, and apple cider vinegar sips, I have less craving type of hunger. I’ve also noticed that any processed junk makes me craver, as I think it’s desogned to do.
