      Dr. Sten Ekberg, thanks to your videos I’ve been able to lose 50 pounds! I’m Type 2 diabetic and I have PCOS and Hashimoto’s and several other health issues. Following what you have said in your videos I’ve been able to lower my diabetic medication and my A1C has dropped down to 5.7! I still have 100 pounds to lose and I will continue to follow what you say because it really works and I feel so much better now.

      @Mitford679 please consider fresh spinach 300g put in a blender with 1 cup water. And try to obtain wild garlic leaf or nettle leaf to mix in.
      Eating only this soup. You can add spices or herbs .. when i get on this i do well… But its just the chore of prep.

    2 year’s ago I started watching your videos and thx to the information I got from you, I lost 30kg and transformed my body from obese to fit, now I mostly eat carnivore and hit the gym 5 times per week!

      @Dr. Sten Ekberg Hej from Sweden. I have watched several (many) of your videos here and i am so grateful for all the deep knowledge you share.
      I am not sure and I might have missed the video but I am curious about how your daily normal activity reflects on your digestion and for example insulin levels….and what happens in your body when you workout or do hard work for a long time like a marathon?
      I also want to ask if it is possible to somehow buy a DVD or download of all your educational videos you posted. As an old IT person I never trust others (in this case YT) to keep data I find valuable safe. Gott nytt år och varma tack från en bonde med gräsuppfödda lamm och fjällkor

      @Dr. Sten Ekberg You are correct!! I have a hard time eating crap – pretend food now that I know what it’s actually doing to my body. Again, your information is something that should be taught to every child in school. It should have been taught to our parents so they could have taught us and so on and so forth. Thankful that more people and Doctors are starting to finally preach and teach what we need so badly.

    2023 is my year, following the doctor’s videos I have made a diet plan and workout schedule.
    I am a male at 85kg with 28% body fat and 28 years old and this will be my first time I ever follow a diet and workout out.
    I have watched alot of the doctor’s videos, they are all so informative and I understand where I am going wrong and where I can fix it and I look forward to a healthy lifestyle following the doctor’s guidance🤞

    I have saved this video and exactly 6 months from now (end of June 2023) I will return to this comment to update on my progress and by the end of December 2023 I look forward to providing positive feedback of my progress.
    Wish me luck, I know it’s going to be a bumpy ride 😂

    Dr. Ekberg, your videos are so good. I’ve got a number of my friends and family interested and are now following you. It wasn’t easy!
    I am doing your blood work course presently and I can honestly say this is the best course I’ve ever taken. They are to the point and so informative. My doctor only does the standard blood tests on me at my yearly checkup. I’m going to share your list with him and see what happens 🙂 So if you’re on the fence about this blood work course, my recommendation is to do it if you can afford it.

    One last thing. Do you take down any of your old videos if you’ve discovered new data or have changed your thoughts on the subject? I’ve recently been watching a lot of your old videos. I just want to make sure they are still accurate in your mind. For instance, the one 3 years ago called autophagy and fasting how long to biohack your body for maximum health?

    Thank you Dr. Ekberg. I think I’m overdoing fat intake. I also eat beyond feeling full, especially at my first meal at noon. I’m down to my natural weight now – lost 20 pounds by following your videos and learning your advice on KETO with Intermittent fasting for the past 6 months. Just some fine-tuning needed now, and it helped me to hear you talk about those two things in particular.

      Electrolytes are going to be important for CKD. As @boink800 suggests, Dr. Fung has excellent videos on kidney heath. There are videos on YouTube about people who reversed their kidney disease. Please do some research and don’t give up! Diabetes is very hard on the kidneys so getting diabetes resolved would be a good place to start. Good luck.

    I’ve suffered from bouts of brain fog and anxiety attacks for years, and I suspect it may be related to my high carb diet. Thanks for this information because now it may help me to alleviate them.

      I got Covid last year and it left and left me with brain fog I had a hard time adding I went on a 3 day water fast and it cleared it up but I still do it to it helped me work and do bills give it a try I have black coffee as well get well soon and happy new year 2023.

      I need to get back to this but a few years ago I did full keto and the first thing I noticed was the insane energy and mental clarity. Once you’ve experienced that you realize that sugar and carbs really are most of what’s wrong with the world. It sounds dramatic, but when you realize that most people in the Western and Eurocentric cultures consider sugar for breakfast as normal …or that alcohol is standard etc… you can quickly see how most people are just struggling to function, nevermind be at peak health. Diet is everything, and we are so far removed from the correct way of eating its a wonder we function at all.

      I’ve been on an SSRI that helped a lot with depression and helped some with anxiety. But then I added a good vitamin D3 supplement which helped a lot more with the anxiety and fog. I take 5000 IU once daily, and after a few months of getting consistent with it I really noticed a big difference.

    Thanks Dr. Ekberg. You have no idea how you’ve changed my life. I was able to go from 252 lbs to 195 lbs in a year. My family and friends tease me because I start most sentences with, “According to Dr. Ekberg…” But thank you. I’m still on a weight loss journey. I exercise regularly, well HIIT and do some resistance training at home. God’s continued blessings to you and your family.

    You can eat unprocessed carbs if you move your body enough like my grandparents who would bike everywhere and work on the farm. They NEEDED those potatoes with their pork and they ate a lot of veggies.

    Dutch diet: 5 slices of bread (without additives) with butter and cheese or meat. 3 glasses of milk and a bowl of yogurt, 2 pieces of fruit and the dinner as stated above.

    Only in the weekend they would eat a small snack like ONE small bowl of chips, ONE GLASS of soda and maybe two glasses of wine or beer. Portion is ALWAYS adjusted to how much you would move your body.

    In the Netherlands you would not use your car everywhere. You would bike. Children supposed to bike to school, play outside instead of gaming, and going to soccer twice a week.

    Also:
    No processed foods, but whole healthy foods
    No additives
    No plastic to store food
    No chemical cleaning supplies
    Not as much pollution, clean air in your house
    Going outside every day, walking around every day
    Three meals a day, no snacks
    No light products, but full fat.

    A good video to come into the New Year! Thank you Dr, last year on January 3 I was 221.6, today I am 172.6! I have maintained this weight loss for 6 months, and I feel amazing!     How are you writing at 0:53? If you were writing onto a glass pane between you and the camera, wouldn’t the numbers be mirrored? Did you mirror the entire video to make it work? Genuinely curious.

    Edit: Considering that we occasionally see the presentation in the background going in and out of focus, one could assume that it’s part of the original recording. Is that one mirrored as well? Like double mirrored to make it look correct again?

    I lost a good friend by calorie reduction. Reduced his calories by 500 a day and three years later he was just gone. So sad.
