    What’s difference between a pull up and a chin up? Is it what way we hold our hands on the bar??

      Yes exactly! In a chin up your fingers wrap towards you (supinated) and in a pull up away from you (pronated). The chin up is slightly more bicep dominant and the pull up puts a little more emphasis on the lats but for the most part work similar muscles. Hope that helps! x
