Alright, I took a break few weeks backs and have been procrastinating to resume exercising.
I guess today I am re-starting my exercise regime. Thanks for the motivation.
And yes, its kinda relaxing to watch people do calisthenic exercises.

Ok, I laughed a lot more than I should have! Thanks for showing us that not everything is easy and that there are exercises you still find hard. You doing compressions reminded me of me doing boat pose, or planks, and you have made me feel so much better about my own training (and internal struggles). 🔝🥰🥰🥰

Thanks Lucy. This is really helpful because even though I do want to workout, there is a good amount of self negotiation, self talk, internal struggle – all of it and just hearing you do it too – I am not alone in my crazy talk. Sometimes it is necessary to even call myself on my own little head games and such. This was very vulnerable and thank you for sharing. Even when I go to a class, this convo is going on inside my head. If I am really trying to get out of a workout, I tell myself I am too old.
