Also so good to see that even though you weren’t eating full meals, you’re still balancing nutrients. I rarely feel hungry after a run either, but I’m ravenous after a swim. Weird!

My fiancé is from South Africa, and his mom brought me top deck when she went back there for a week. It was so good! My fiancés favorite is Turkish delight. He always looks for it in the stores here in the US but we never have it. 🥲

Please look into some online coffee roasters that make excellent decaf coffee if you haven’t already. You can get waaay better tasting coffee and save some £ in the process (vs Pret).
