I'm not going to lie, this day didn't go to plan and time totaaallly got away from me but… these things happen so here is very poor attempt at a day of eating! Next time I'll be a bit more on my a-game! I hope you enjoy spending the day with me anyway โค๏ธ

    Does anyone know if running at a higher cadence more on the mid and front foot puts less force through your knees?

    13 kilometers is equal to 8 miles ! Iโ€™m out of breath after 3 miles. You just called me a slacker without saying it. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    Also so good to see that even though you weren’t eating full meals, you’re still balancing nutrients. I rarely feel hungry after a run either, but I’m ravenous after a swim. Weird!

    My fiancรฉ is from South Africa, and his mom brought me top deck when she went back there for a week. It was so good! My fiancรฉs favorite is Turkish delight. He always looks for it in the stores here in the US but we never have it. ๐Ÿฅฒ

    Please look into some online coffee roasters that make excellent decaf coffee if you havenโ€™t already. You can get waaay better tasting coffee and save some ยฃ in the process (vs Pret).
