☀️ How I Changed My Morning Routine To Have A Productive Day & Better Mood // Personal Trainer

It's taken many years to work out a realistic and sustainable semblance of a morning routine which allows me the flexibility to have off days (always important 😁😂)!
I often get asked to share my morning routine so I thought I would finally film a VERY realistic morning in my life and what I have found has worked best for me including the non negotiables that have really helped me improve my days!

what is your reasoning for not drinking coffee anymore at home? 🙂
Ah great question! I drink it out of habit rather than need so I ended up having 10+ ups a day but not actually drinking them all. That meant I was just wasting money on them and wanted to break the habit and be more intentional in enjoying the coffee so drink tea at home instead and then coffee when I’m out! Hope that makes sense ❤️
From now, I started to follow your routine, cause it would help me to stick on track💗
I’m pretty happy with my mornings routine but I read the news and it makes me angry/scared/depressed and I think I need to stop doing that

Dont read soviet newspaper before lunch, and after lunch especialy.
Oh yes I know exactly what you mean. I don’t ever watch the news or check it in my phone. I used to avidly check it multiple times a day and noticed the same thing. Stopping that habit really helped my overall mood! ❤️❤️

Love this Lucy ☺️. I am trying more minimalist and de-tech mornings and have been really enjoying it. A lot less anxiety, more presence, and increased productivity! Would love to see more videos about how you got into bouldering!
Thank you for this video Lucy, it was very helpful, as always. I love that you are not regimented and that you don’t tell yourself that you HAVE to do anything. This way you have a more enjoyable life, because you CHOOSE to do the things that brings you closer to your goals. That works for me too.
B.t.w. (totally off topic)… I’ve noticed a lump on the left side of your neck, under your jaw. If you are aware of it, good. If not, maybe keep an eye on it and have it checked out if it does not go away soon, or if it gets bigger. Sorry if I’m overstepping boundaries.
